• Share a completed resource with healthcare professionals, care teams or family members involved in the care of the person the resource relates to

• Sell, resell or commercially exploit our resources in any form

• Share digital files with others so that they may complete their own copy

• Remove or alter any Together Connect branding, copyright notices or disclaimers

Intellectual Property

All Together Connect resources remain the intellectual property of Together Connect. Purchasing a resource grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that resource for personal purposes only.
